Getting up early is a hard task for me, especially when it involves preparing breakfast. During the last years, I have tried several methods that are easily prepared and take no longer than five minutes. All you need to have is a microwave and a mug… also some ingredients of course. Below I will share with you three easy and delicious ones:

  1. Scrambled eggs: these are so far my favorites. Very easy and takes no longer than 2 minutes to prepare. In a mug; crack an egg, chop some veggies (if you want), some chopped bacon or ham, a pinch of salt, stir and voila!
  2. Mug Donuts: I always crave sweet food for breakfast, so a donut in a mug is the perfect solution.
  3. Cheese and vegetables: for the sour lovers mix together 1 egg, 2 tbls of milk, cheese, spinach, slices pepper and tomatoes. If you want add some olive oil and salt for taste.

Enjoy!!!

These are brilliant tips! I always skip breakfast because I’ve left myself no time so I’ll definitely be giving these a try!

Brilliant tips, I’m so forgetful in the morning and normally always miss breakfast!

I especially love the scrambled eggs idea! Time is the main issue for me in the mornings but I also struggle to eat in general. Having said that, scrambled eggs are nice and light so I think it’s definitely worth a try for me 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
