Hi and welcome to JoyBinge! I am Kimmy and I am Sinow, and we want to celebrate that we are coming back from the much needed break and starting the second season on Nov 5th! We are so ready to binge on some joy!
Over the last year or so, we have covered lots of stories ranging from space, drugs, poverty, runaway emus, bags of milk, massive cheesecakes, you get the idea. We look for articles that celebrate the good being done in tough situations as well as some silly ones to help lighten the mood.
We’ve learned a lot and grown as people and podcasters. Running a podcast takes a lot of time and knowledge that I frankly didn’t have. But I am so thankful for this experience! Learning new skills has been invaluable but more than that, finding the good that’s happening has opened my eyes to so many amazing people and progress that I wouldn’t have seen and appreciated otherwise.
So on to the second season! We wanted to change things up a bit and make the episodes easier to digest. There are so many good stories to talk about, but we packed the episodes too full of information. So this season we are going to focus on a new approach to show you some good stuff without going overboard. Here are the changes we are making:

We want to make sure this is a good source for you to find good news happening in the week! There are other ideas we are toying with so when those are decided upon and put into action, we will announce them in the episodes as well as on social media.
Thanks for listening and we can’t wait for the new season! If you have stories of good people doing good things in your neighborhood or anywhere, send them to us! We’ve got an email, [email protected] or tweet at us @joybingepodcast or visit our Facebook page and Instagram account. GO BINGE ON SOME JOY!
